This site is for managing EXISTING Security Freezes.


You may place a NEW Security Freeze with Advanced Resolution Services Inc by submitting a written request using one of the following options:

For security purposes, we must confirm your identity. Your signed written request must include your first name, last name, current address, current phone number, social security number and proof of identity. Proof of identity should include a copy of your driver's license (or state-issued ID) with your current address. If your driver's license does not show your current address, please include a utility bill.

    Once you have provided all of the required information, ARS will process your security freeze request within the statutorily mandated timeframe based on your state of residence.
